These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and helpswin ("helpswin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at helpswin.club ("Platform," "Site," or "Service").

All balances, deposits, and any winnings associated with an underage account will be forfeited. helpswin reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
The helpswin Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local, national, or international law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of helpswin is lawful in your jurisdiction. helpswin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on the helpswin Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When registering a helpswin account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. helpswin reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.
helpswin is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of:
KYC documents must not be expired, altered, or tampered with. Submission of false, forged, or misleading KYC documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
helpswin will process KYC verification submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt during normal operations. Additional verification steps or supporting documentation may be requested where submitted materials are insufficient to complete verification to the required standard.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your helpswin account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. helpswin will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must notify helpswin support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. helpswin accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, unless such failure was directly caused by a security breach of helpswin's own systems.
Your helpswin account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your account to any third party. helpswin accounts may not be used as vehicles for third-party fund holding, betting on behalf of others, or any commercial or professional gambling operation. Breach of this provision will result in immediate permanent account suspension.
helpswin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) only through approved payment channels, currently including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, QR Ph, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per period are specified within the helpswin cashier and may be subject to change.
All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your legal name matching your helpswin KYC records. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may be returned, less any applicable transaction fees.
Withdrawals from your helpswin account may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you during the KYC process. Withdrawals to accounts registered in different names than your verified helpswin identity are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) your account must be in good standing and not subject to any active investigation; (c) the withdrawal amount must represent cleared, real-money funds net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (d) minimum withdrawal amounts as specified in the helpswin cashier must be met.

helpswin does not currently charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond helpswin's control. Always review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
helpswin may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders ("Bonuses"). The availability, value, and terms of any specific Bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms accompanying that Bonus. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these General Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, all Bonuses awarded by helpswin are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of Bonus funds or Bonus-generated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game category — typically slots contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute less, and some games may not contribute toward wagering requirements at all.
helpswin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting an error or technical glitch in a promotion; or any pattern of play identified as inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling.
All games available on the helpswin Platform that are not live dealer games utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is provided by independent accredited testing laboratories. The results of all RNG-based games are entirely independent and random — no action by any player, or any sequence of previous results, can influence future game outcomes.
Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios operated by helpswin's licensed game studio partners. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) operated by human dealers under professional studio monitoring. helpswin does not control the studio operations of third-party live dealer providers but selects providers that maintain appropriate gaming certifications and operational standards.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, helpswin reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant bet amounts to player accounts. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous display of a win that would not have been generated under correct operation, helpswin reserves the right to void such a payout. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the helpswin Platform. These limits are displayed within each individual game interface before any wager is placed. helpswin reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time and at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced limits on individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpswin Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to Philippine law enforcement:
All content on the helpswin Platform, including but not limited to the helpswin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of helpswin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the helpswin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the helpswin Platform without prior written consent from helpswin.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information in connection with your helpswin account is governed by the helpswin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
helpswin will not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your information only where required by law (including PAGCOR regulatory requirements and AMLA obligations), with our licensed game studio and payment processing partners necessary for Platform operation, and with our IT infrastructure and security service providers operating under appropriate data processing agreements.
helpswin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. Gambling on the helpswin Platform is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. It is not a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or addressing personal or psychological problems.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, helpswin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits or revenue, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if helpswin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
helpswin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your helpswin account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpswin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time for maintenance, updates, regulatory compliance, or commercial reasons.
Nothing in these Terms limits helpswin's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
helpswin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; (b) the account holder fails to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period; (c) regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirements necessitate suspension; (d) the account appears to be compromised by unauthorized access; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the account holder.
You may request closure of your helpswin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any cleared real-money balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. You must have completed KYC verification to receive a balance return on account closure.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. helpswin will notify you by email to your registered address prior to dormant account classification. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted by applicable Philippine law. helpswin will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance to you before imposing such fees.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your helpswin account, transactions, game outcomes, or any aspect of the Platform's operation, you should first contact helpswin customer support via the live chat facility on the Platform or by email to [email protected], providing full details of your complaint.
helpswin will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex disputes may require additional investigation time, in which case you will be notified of the expected timeline.
Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant game session. helpswin will review game server logs and, where applicable, liaise with the relevant game studio provider. helpswin's decision on game disputes, made following a fair and thorough investigation, is final and binding.
If you are not satisfied with helpswin's resolution of a complaint, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels at pagcor.ph. helpswin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the helpswin Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
You and helpswin agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute process set out in Section 14, except where such disputes are subject to mandatory PAGCOR regulatory jurisdiction.
helpswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered account holders via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the helpswin Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the helpswin Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2.
